Robert Pattinson, the star of the Twilight films, has recalled the horror he felt after jokingly instructing a fan to strip.

"Star Trek" fans know there were two pilots for the original series. The first, "The Cage," was rejected by NBC for being "too cerebral" (ah, some things never change).
To be clear, Fox isn't getting off cheaply; when all is said and done it's going to be on the hook for at least a couple hundred million dollars in production and marketing costs. If the flick fails, it will hurt.
America has a bad case of the doomsday jitters. You don't have to be a Glenn Beck follower to know that whenever things go wrong in this country, you can always find all the anger, bitterness and fear-mongering bubbling up and over into our popular culture.
Before seeing this flick, I had very low expectations. I knew this would be a comedy, but for some reason I was not expecting to be busting a gut, rolling on the floor laughing.
